A few helpful links to get you up & running on Email by Microsoft 365:
Webmail Login
Login to your email on the web by visiting email.yoursite.com (e.g. if your site is coolapartments.com, your webmail login is email.coolapartments.com)
Once logged in, click “Outlook” on the left menu, like this:

Change Your Email “From” Name
When people receive emails from you, their inbox will show your “From” name and the subject line. We do our best to setup a smart From name when creating your inbox, but you can change it easily. Follow the steps on this tutorial.
Setup an Email Signature
We’ve setup a nice default email signature for you, but you can edit this from your webmail account. Follow these steps:
- click the gear (top right)
- click the link “View all Outlook settings”
- click “Mail” (on the left menu) then click “Compose and reply”
- you’ll see your Signature. Edit as needed, then click Save at the bottom.
- always smart to send a test email to your personal account & make sure it looks good!
Using Outlook on Your Desktop
If you use Outlook on your desktop, you may need to adjust a few settings, see these steps.

Setup Email on Your iPhone / Android Device
To get email on your phone, install the Microsoft Outlook app. Then follow these steps. Note: you’ll need to be signed into your webmail account.
Contact Microsoft Support
Not recommended as their phone support is horrendous, but if you have no other options, it’s worth a shot:
- Call Microsoft support at (800) 642-7676.
- From the options presented, select or say “Business.”
- When asked what you need help with, say “Microsoft 365.”
- Hold your breath and maybe you’ll get lucky with a good tech support person…
